On March 9th, 2023 at approximately 1050hrs the Hanover Township Police Department apprehended Cathi WILLIAMS following a traffic stop on Carey Ave. WILLIAMS was found to have an active warrant from the Maryland State Police. She was arraigned by MDJ Zola on the charge of Arrest Prior to Requisition and released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
