Police are investigating a dumping complaint that occurred off of Front Street in the Dundee Section of Hanover Township.  Police received a report from the Eastern Pennsylvania Coalition for Abandon Mine Reclamation who monitor the creeks in the area.   It was estimated that approximately 150 car tires were dumped on Earth Conservancy owned property by an unknown person and vehicle.  Anyone with information on the dumper is asked to contact police on CRIMEWATCH,  Facebook or call the Police Non-Emergency Phone Number at (570) 825-1254.
