On April 1st 2023 at approximately 9:30am, the Hanover Township Police Department was dispatched for a burglary in progress at an occupied residence. The suspect was identified as 22 year old Max August Liebetrau of Kington. LIEBETRAU was taken into custody and was transported back to the Hanover Township Police Department for processing where he was arraigned by Judge Zola and denied bail. LIEBETRAU was transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
