Important Traffic Update: Locust Street One-Way Conversion

As of September 29th, 2025, Locust Street between Diamond Avenue and 15th Street will be converted into a one-way street, with traffic flowing only in a southerly direction.

Motorists are advised that no traffic will be permitted to travel north on Locust Street, and parking will only be allowed in a southerly direction. It is essential that all vehicles are parked in compliance with this new traffic pattern by 8 a.m. on September 29th, 2025. Failure to do so may result in ticketing and towing of vehicles parked in the wrong direction.
