The cost will be $40.00 for a one-time pick-up on a 3' x 7' section on their tree lawn. Multiple sections may be purchased. The deadline to register is Friday, May 7, 2021.

On 05/22/2020 at approximately 3:45 pm a Forty Fort Borough resident received a phone call which came up as 570-287-8586 (Forty Fort Borough) on the caller ID.
On 04/18/2020, Maines Food & Pantry, 900 Rutter Ave, was the victim of a Retail Theft. Although the suspect fled the scene, store employees were able to provide identifying information to the responding Forty Fort police officers. An investigation by this department and the Pennsylvania State Police identified the suspect as Gregory STASIK, of Plains, PA. STASIK is a convicted felon with nine prior retail theft convictions, among other offenses, and is currently on state parole.
Please be aware that there are people out there selling fake COVID-19 test kits and treatments. Some of these treatment kits contain substances that are harmful to humans. Be very careful when attempting to purchase COVID-19 test kits or COVID-19 treatments online. Always remember, if it seems too good to be true, you should probably avoid it.

On Thursday October 3, 2019 Forty Fort Police monitored the area of 50 Fort St where it was learned that two wanted subjects were residing. Forty Fort Police Officers were informed by Scranton Police that William D. Watkins and Holly Ann SAVNER were residing at 50 Fort St and operating a 2018 Grey Nissan Versa, which was observed parked in the parking lot of the apartment building. Police began to monitor the area and around 1:00 pm Sgt.
